Bob's expertise in the home building industry proved invaluable as he forged a pivotal partnership with Choice Homes, propelling M.R. Development to a series of remarkable achievements in subsequent years, including expansion into McKinney and Little Elm.

Dedicated to the advancement of his field, Bob McCaslin Jr. is not only a distinguished board member but also a former president of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. Additionally, he has served as a past board member for both the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Association of Builders, contributing significantly to the growth and development of these influential organizations.
