Carly Sims

Carly joined M.R. as a Development Associate in December 2022. Carly assists Vice President, Kim McCaslin in all aspects of the ground up development process. Her responsibilities include direct interaction with elected officials in order to obtain necessary entitlements, working with consultants, providing market research, and pursuing new relationships with potential investors.
